    I began as the Senior Manager for Analytics Specialist SAs responsible for the US Southeast and LATAM regions covering all industries. In the first year, I achieved 102% attainment against very aggressive mid-double digit growth targets. I grew into a leader of leaders role eventually responsible for all of the US-East, LATAM, and our specialty segments leading an organization of 24 Specialist SAs and covering over $1 billion in annual revenue. I frequently engaged C-level executives to advise on corporate data strategy and supported many of AWS' largest events including multiple Summits and re:Invent. My teams were consistently ranked in the top 3 out of 40+ SA teams across virtually every KPI and goal, and #1 in many categories. Starting out in 2024, after a major re-organization at AWS, I currently lead the NAMER Analytics Specialist SA team supporting the FSI, Auto & Mfg, and Retail & CPG industries.

    Led a 21-person software development team focused on business intelligence and data engineering. This team was the primary enterprise data warehousing team for all HR data at Amazon. We hosted a data warehouse, data lake, and self-service BI platform; all based on native AWS services (Redshift, EMR, Quicksight, etc). During 2019, we simultaneously deprecated a legacy Oracle BI stack that included OBIEE and Oracle 12c databases. We migrated the entire user base of ~4,000 unique users in a six month period by replicating all datasets and dashboards from one environment to the other. We also deprecated or migrated workloads for 4 distinct services running on 24 physical servers to native AWS in a 3 month period.

    Built a team of data engineers, analysts, and research scientists that focused on centralizing all data about employees at Amazon into a single data warehouse to provide self-service reporting capability via a Microstrategy presentation layer. The team also produced central, standardized reports for key metrics and conducted deep-dive research into the most critical business challenges we faced. Operationalizing this research via web-based tools was a top priority.The team onboarded and integrated more than 20 distinct primary data sources into the Redshift-based warehouse with over 15 TB's of data. By proactively seeking out partnerships with peer teams across other Amazon divisions, together, we architected company-wide standard datasets for most key metrics. This achieved both millions of dollars in cost savings by eliminating and avoiding duplicative efforts and allowed the business to analyze data with common, standardized attribute and metric definitions. Our team also hosted infrastructure for several peer teams, enabling others to leverage our work to shortcut their development timelines. For example, the HR Investigations organization was able to launch their new platform within 4 weeks by leveraging our pre-existing infrastructure work.

It has been very exciting to see it grow!HVH - a custom high-volume (hourly) hiring platform built on the Salesforce foundation. My team provides software configuration and testing services as well as post deployment support. This is a global team with elements based in both the US and India. We have resolved over 25,000 tickets and deployed the solution to new countries over the past 5 months.
