- Formulation and coordination of regional DTC strategies with complete focus on Digital for Diabetes business- Development, oversight and continuous improvement leader of DTC programs, such as influencer marketing strategies, ambassador/ patient acceleration programs and liaison with HCPs/Clinical teams - Responsible for all social media and digital regional strategies from awareness to conversion stages- Management of all Diabetes related External Communication/PR programs, crisis management initiatives, as well as regional project management and coordination related to Recall and Field Actions along with Quality, Global Operations and Marketing teams- Digital content generation and Production for inbound marketing initiatives, coordinating all audiovisual production in Latin American countries and management of multiple creative agencies and vendors; leading Media Relations and Ambassador initiatives in liaison with Communication and other departments
