Manage Active directory / MS office 365. Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance. Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.

• Troubleshooting Office 365/ admin center.• Manage Active directory queries.• Remote diagnosis of computer malfunctions (hardware or software).• Identify the necessary resources to resolve the malfunction and redirect the call if needed (on-site maintenance, special- ized technician).• Guide the user in resolving the malfunction or take remote control of the system.• Identify the intervention phases based on help desk diag- nostic information, hotlines, and manufacturer’s records.• Replace or repair a faulty component or assembly.• Configure the workstation according to user needs and per- form functional tests.• Perform cleaning and adjustment operations on hardware and equipment.• Fill out the intervention tracking support and transmit infor- mation to the relevant department.• Install or configure computer and office equipment.• Assemble or integrate components of computer or office equipment.• Perform network cabling for computer or office equipment.• Evaluate costs and timeframes for repairing defective mate- rials.• Participate in employer-organized training, orientations, and safety breaks.
