Responsible for the management of the USAID Career Center Communications department, by promoting and highlighting the work of USAID in Morocco in supporting youth employability and increasing the program’s impact by using communication as technical leverage to implement activities and to encourage beneficiaries to adopt a new behavior towards employability. Managed the development, maintenance and renovation of Six USAID Career Centers in Marrakech, Casablanca and Tangier. Published over 10 success stories and Highlights; and delivered more than 15 trainings on communications, career counseling and media management ( capacity building approach).
