DIFFUSION Engineering Module ManagerLed a department of up to 200 employees (Leaders, Engineers, and Technicians) in charge of providing continuous engineering support to the manufacturing line. In Charge of: Driving to success the department and Factory KPI's (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Team): 0 major incident, ~10% productivity improvement/year, ~15% cost saving annually, Positive work environment and low attrition. Managing the departmental budget (+ $40M), including materials supplies and cost reduction projects. Managing the department’s internal and external communication.

• Managed a team of 20 equipment engineers and maintenance staff including hiring and training/personal development.• Successfully operated and maintained a park of 250 semiconductor equipment (300mm Diffusion & Implant Equipment)• Managed a budget of +$20M.
