I support various business units on external campaigns to increase their top of funnel pipeline. I do this attending intake meetings with stakeholders, gathering requirements and creating campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. During the campaigns, I provide weekly updates on the performance and make adjustments if needed. In addition to external campaigns, I also create internal referral campaigns to help build top of funnel with employee referrals. I lead our PayPal Jobs website redesign - keeping track of timelines, content review, managing internal processes for go-live and working directly with our vendor to ensure a beautiful design of our website.I still remain the main point of contact within my department for any job postings issues, requests and general management of job posting distribution.

In my role as the Talent Attraction Programs Specialist I manage the relationship of our external talent vendors such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Hired and many more, to ensure a great partnership and efficient use of tools. I manage and design content for PayPal Careers social media channels. This includes the Employer Brand enhancements, website maintenance and updates for our profile pages with our vendors and main PayPal Jobs page. As a Recruiting Operations Analyst I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks including managing all aspects of our ATS, Jobvite, created and ran weekly recruiting reports for executive briefings, wrote all US, EMEA and APAC offer letters for new hires and internal transfers and created applicant reports for last AAP year.In addition to operational tasks, I also had a role in recruiting. In my role as a Professional Recruiter I did full cycle recruiting and conducted both technical and behavioral interviews with candidates.
