• Initiated Monoclonal, Polyclonal, PK, and purification projects by creating custom scopes of work, custom SOPs and protocols, cost analysis, and risk assessments to meet client needs• Delegated daily activities of assigned projects to the appropriate scientists and technicians • Reported project performance, as well as employee performance to senior management and executives • Conducted investigations, CAPAs, customer convers, root cause analysis, and trainings when procedures were not met and/or followed

During my internship at Wenger Feeds, I was given the opportunity to perform different tasks and experiments under the different "branches" of the company. I assisted in designing new pullet farm layouts for Wengers contract growers. I also preformed an eggshell strength experiment to determine how strong different types of egg shells were. I aided in the testing of coccidioidomycosis in young chickens, and learned how to draw blood from the wing of chickens. I also completed and received my certificate in layer school. Daily work also included data entry, excel spread sheets and many other forms of paper work.

Being a lifeguard, many duties and responsibilities are required each and every day to ensure the safety of patrons and guests, some being, watching the water, testing water quality, performing CPR / First Aid when needed, proper records and communication.

During my internship at Cleveland Park Animal Hospital I was granted the opportunity with many hands on tasks. I learned how to draw blood from various animals, administer vaccinations and other cares of treatments. I also performed fecal analysis and ear cultures, along with a variety of other tests such as heartworm, Lyme, etc. Another key aspect that was required was teamwork and communication.
