As (e-) recruiter I was responsible for searching, finding and matching candidates to suitable vacancies.I was involved in the following tasks:- recruitment and selection of candidates using online job boards;- finding candidates for various jobs;- conducting an intake interview with the candidate by telephone;- creating job profiles and checking targets.

Responsible for sales expansion and marketing activities as a student ambassador of the brand.
