Provide technical leadership to and be responsible for the successful implementation and scope expansion of the Data.FI program in Burkina Faso, including building and maintainingrelationships with stakeholders and submission of all technical products to the highest standard of quality

- Design an IT master plan for the Ministry of Health (MoH)- Coordinate the deployment of IT functions and solutions applied to health- Design and coordinate the implementation of national health information system- Build by standardizing codes and nomenclature for data storage and deploying appropriate databases and applications to manage health functions and professions- Develop and monitor the implementation of the e-health sector e-strategy- Design, coordinate and monitor the implementation of telehealth activities- Coordinate the design, development, implementation and maintenance of MoH applications- Create and manage MoH database operating systems- Ensure the training of the department's agents on computer applications- Implement security measures for periodic backups of all data- Design and administer the Minister of Health's website.
