Boult Consulting have been working in the risk management field for several decades for organisations across a range of industries and in many different parts of the world. This includes experience with supporting organisations with in assessing and developing their risk management systems, helping in all parts for the risk process (from setting the context and identification through assessment and evaluation of risk to determination of risk treatments, including risk benefit assessments.Mark has worked in the risk field since 1983 for organisations from a range of different markets sectors, including oil and gas, chemicals and petrochemicals, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, rail, aviation, medical devices and government organisations.Mark has worked in a number of countries including the UK, USA, Norway, Hong Kong and Australia. He has held management positions for business development, consulting and software operations.This work has included enterprise risk management, governance, technical risk assessments, risk management systems, patient safety, accident investigation, reliability studies, feasibility studies and other relates areas.Mark led the technical investigation for the Longford Royal Commission, which was set-up following the explosion at Esso's gas plant in Victoria Australia.Mark current holds three board positions:- Chair of the Board for Grovewell Garden Centres (and a member of the remuneration committee)- Honorary Member of the Governing Board for Greig City Academy, where he is representing the Tallow Chandler company’s benevolent fund which is supporting the academy in the STEM subject area.
