Bounlieng Phanthapanya (William) is the founder and the director of Startnovation which is a Startup empowerment for youths. Bounlieng is passionate about startups since he wants to build strong entrepreneurship skills for the people in Laos. Bounlieng is also a member of the Community Club which is working with the American Center Vientiane to make a positive change to the community through campaigns and activities.
