The business has experienced significant year on year growth with annual revenues of £30m across offline and online channels. In recent years they have built strong business growth and performance across 300 maternity units in UK hospitals and have considerably developed their digital and social media presence. This was a new role within Bounty, which required an assertive individual to introduce an internal recruitment process and educate managers to recruit in a more cost effective and efficient manner. My duties included:• Identified and captured £300k pa on previous recruitment spend• Implemented and negotiated an agency PSL, reducing the list from 60+ providers to 20 specific provider • Introduced the usage of job boards• Assist managers with the writing of job descriptions• CV searching• Liaising with PSL agencies• Screen candidates• Assist managers with interviews• Write and present workshops of Effective Recruitment and Selection• Issued all new starter paperwork, including offer letters, contracts and reference requests• Added new starters to the HR system advised payroll of the remuneration package
