TMC provides a full range of business and community development support services, marcoms and social media campaigns to non-profit organisations, new business startups and municipalities.

I was contracted to work with this funding provider to create strategies that help non-profit organisations to become social enterprises in order to reduce their dependence on Government for funding and more self-sustainable.Led the project to develop an online community portal that would connect these 200+ organisations to the 350. 000+ residents they serve. The project was very successful and received over $100,000 in funding before being adopted nationwide.The project won the AOL Innovation in the Community Award and I was invited to the House of Lords in London, England, to be presented with the Award and grant. I was also honoured by Queen Elizabeth 𐤚 at the Holyrood Palace 2006 Garden Party in recognition of this project.

I was incredibly lucky to be involved in this very exciting and innovative project, working with a world-class Venture Capital team of consultants and entrepreneurial specialists (Amadeus) helping to develop the sales and marketing strategies for the initial business plan, and one of the senior management team sent to then pitch to E*TRADE Inc. in Palo Alto, California, for a $25m partnership deal to set up E*TRADE UK as the UK's first online stockbroking firm. After winning the multimillion dollar deal, I initially Headed up the Marcoms, Sales and Customer Services departments, studied for the SFA exam and quickly became a fully-qualified stockbroker so that I could head up the planning for the 100 person call center, sourcing and implementing the CRM technology, identifying capacity, recruiting and training a fantastic team of people. Managing the day to day operations of the sales, marketing and customer services departments and end of line contact for clients.Involved throughout the entire startup - merger - buyout of the UK's first online stockbroking firm
