This department develops and maintains automated production test systems for the electronic testing of 2G and 3G Radio Base Station and Network Router/Processor products in the Ericsson production lines. During that time he has transformed the department, from loosely connected groups of engineers modifying existing production test designs, into a closely knitted team containing all functions and connected to external partners, able of independent development of production test systems.Before that, Bouwe has worked almost 5 years as a WCDMA Systems Architect and Project Manager in the Ericsson Access Network R&D Centre in Beijing, China.
