At AVK International I work as a Quality Engineer. I have wide contact with our supplier and staff around the world. My area of responsibility is to verify the raw materials, to make sure they meets our specifications. I make PCF to our TECH department when specifications need to be updated. I make complains to our supplier in our QMS system. And receive reports as A3, PDCA, 8D and other type from supplier, outside the QMS system. I evaluate deviations and some deviation I give dispensation.One of my best tools against our supplier is 3C. By using this, i can fit it to our supplier no matter which country they come from. Make it simple, but with high focus on corrective and preventive actions.I work close with our Incomming Inspection and our quality engineer around the world. Another important part is to approve new supplier.One of my target with new supplier is First Time Right. Another part of my job is to find and analyse fail and deviations in the production. To make sure the deviation will be created as an internal or an external NCR. At Silkeborg Forsyning, my job was to prepare, and verify instructions and procedures for all the processes. Before 2018-04-30. At JAI A/S, I have a wide contact within the organization. I have direct contact to the management and the production staff. My current job was to verify and analyze the parts with different kinds of techniques. I use X-ray, Brinell test, test bars, SPC measuring, 3D measuring and leak detection with air or helium. When I have verified the parts I prepare and sign 3.1 certificates to our costumer. Another part of my job is to prepare production instructions for all the processes based on the costumers drawing. I have hands on experience with LEAN, JIT, product and process optimization.Worked with small and large scale production.In development I have worked with, Coopers stage gate, Chain linked model and CIS model. Technical drawing: Inventor and Solidworks. BOM (Bill of material) and GPS (Geometrical Product Specifications). Six steps in CPI (Continuous Process Improvement): 1.Select the process to be studied. 2.Record the existing method and data in a usefull form.3.Analyze the recorded data to generate alternative improved methods. 4.Evaluate the alternatives and develope the best method.5.Install the method as standard practice by training the operator. 6.Maintain the new method.Specialties: LEAN, JIT, PDCA(A3), Smed, Kaizen, DMAIC, 5S, 8D, SPC, Kanban, VSM, PPAP, Regulations, Gemba, Ergonomic, Motivation.Manufacturing and management engineer.
