Blessing Our Women, Inc. (BOW), founded in January 2015, is a New Orleans based non-profit whose purpose is to support women who need help starting over. B.O.W. focuses on bringing awareness to Domestic Violence. We strongly believe that every voice matters and every story counts...help us break the silence against domestic violence! B.O.W. for a new beginning, is our message. It's what we live by. We admire the survivors, honor those taken, and never give up hope on ending domestic violence! Everyday women are faced with the challenge of deciding whether to stay in an abusive relationship or leave. Often times they stay and it results in death. It's time to bring an end to this and save our sister's life. We stand firm in believing that love shouldn't hurt but also understand that sometimes a person has to go through the darkness to get to light. Therefore, we do not judge, we let life take it's course. Nobody knows when she's ready to start that new journey better than her but when she does we will be right there to help as much as we possibly can.
