Wunderbird is a premium travel site that curates the most curious, adventurous, fun and inspiring travelers and put them in contact with the best and most suited travel experts.Venture built under BBD Labs. Involved from idea validation to product creation as well as execution in the early stage. Venture was sold in 2015.

In charge of entering European markets with Nova’s bet on online financial comparison business models reporting directly to the Global CEO. Acting as a liaison between the operational teams and the venture capital side, I managed to successfully implement the strategy in key European markets – closely together with the Group CTO. We worked on the Moneyhero model that did IPO on Nasdaq 2023. Main responsibility was to execute the market entry strategy and completely manage the business and product development side. On a daily basis overseeing a product development team in the Philippines, a market-intelligence team, and a performance marketing team in Malaysia. Nova's team has founded over 30 companies with funding from prominent investors such as Kinnevik, DST, SummitPartners and JP Morgan. Developed the client relations and account management divisions. Implemented a range of new processes to execute the current business plans while driving product and service innovations better. We delivered on profitability and the strategic objectives. The customer satisfaction Net Promotor Score saw an increase of 50% in promotors. Deliverables on goals and assignments quadrupled, and the revenue per FTE rose with 200%.

In charge of the Danish account management team in close collaboration with other Scandinavian markets. Primary goal was to maintain strong client relationships and grow the monthly recurring revenue. We delivered business solutions based on search engine technology, cloud computing and biometrics within the scope of online media, social media, and PR.We doubled the revenue and made a turn-around in regards to client churn - went from double to single digit.

Entered and completed their management Trainee program. Monitored, drove, and managed multi-disciplinary processes including construction of SaaS solutions, contract negotiation, establishment of Relationships, and portfolio management.

Business model innovation through experimentation. The goal was to facilitate sound arguments for decision-making towards the right international business model. Operationalized research was based on testing scenarios of business model openness in regards to internal aspects and environmental externalities.
