A think tank/research institute specializing in economic and financial consultancy under the School of Finance at Renmin University of China.• Conducted third-party policy evaluations and recommendations over serial local pilot programs commissioned by the People's Bank of China (PBOC) based on in-depth data modeling and empirical analysis.• Conducted a policy attribution study funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on the changes in rural residents' account ownership rates in China, utilizing extensive empirical analysis of household surveys.• Provided ad-hoc thematic research and strategy consultation on various themes in China's financial market to clients, many of whom are large state-owned or policy banks.• Participated in multiple rounds of policy dialogues with regulators regarding new trends in China's MSE financing market

Taught the summer course Introduction to Econometrics twice to two classes in 2013 and 2014, covering topics of basic econometrics concepts and calculations including linear regression, hypothesis testing, etc.

Carried out an out-of-sample validation based on the sorting model by simulating the effects of a set of policies that could change the restrictiveness of using such housing subsidies using Matlab and Stata under the supervision of Professor Juan Pantano on the project --- "Estimating Neighborhood Choice Models: Lessons from a Housing Assistance Experiment," published in the American Economic Review, 2015, Vol. 105 No 11: 3385-3415.
