Collaborated in team of 3 members to implement automatic LED turning signals on electric skateboard using ESP32 and gyroscope module with little prior experience. Actively engaged in learning while accepting feedback from team leader with positive and curious attitude.

Improved organization and leadership skills through managing 4 executive members while running weekly meetings. Increased the number of students attending and engaged in club content by 50% compared to previous years by fostering collaboration using interactive activities such as relay races.

Increased student responses by introducing different interaction formats through school social media and school-wide surveys. Communicated student opinion to administration and parents in monthly meetings, resulting in the approval of a major uniform change and other requests while gaining conflict resolution skills.

Supported 7 section members in Wind and Jazz Ensembles and communicated their concerns with band director. Actively advocated for music education and interest in youth through performances in local elementary schools. Diligently balanced school work with 4.5 - 10 hrs/week of ensemble commitment, strengthening time-management skills and contributing to both bands’ acquiring of Gold at provincial and national competitions. - Joined a cohort of 65 high-achieving students in the Shad program, working on month-long design and entrepreneurship project while learning STEAM knowledge- Delegated tasks within business plan for a community healthcare ATM-like booth and coordinated communication in a group of 7 students while completing own responsibilities and supporting peers where possible- Gained priority setting and project management skills which maximized each member’s value, allowing group to receive Best Business Plan out of 8 groups considered

Developed students' passion for music and grasp on rudimentary piano playing through engaging lessons and detailed feedback, while preparing them for the annual recital.

For the 2022-2023 school year, responsible for creating and sharing student-oriented mental health resources (physical and digital), and being an active leader in guiding students to finding appropriate mental health supports within their community.
