In the last few years of my employment history I have learned so much not only about the companies I was with but as well as the consumers the people who build those foundations. I understand and know what it takes to keep buisness going, its more than just being friendly and professional. To be a successful business you have to understand humans themselves, in working customer service based jobs I feel i have gained that knowledge of what makes people do and say the things they do. Without a doubt im confident that in gaining this knowledge any and all knew tasks, jobs, experiences I endure I can handle with care, swiftness, and make the best judgments to ensure the job gets done at the end of the day. After all in the end we are merely humans serving humans and that is why it is so important to understand who we are.
