• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations. • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective actions in partnership with Human Resources and operations. • Provide EHS training and education to employees and management. • Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends. • Lead the development of emergency response plans and conduct drills. • Collaborate with various departments to integrate safety practices into all operations. • Oversee hazardous waste/universal waste management and disposal processes. • Implement and maintain safety programs such as Lockout/Tagout, confined space entry, and machine guarding. • Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSAs). • Coordinate with external agencies and auditors (FDA, DOA, Fire Dept,etc.). • Develop and implement strategies for workplace ergonomics and injury prevention. • Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE). • Lead safety committee meetings. • Maintain EHS documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Promote a culture of safety within the organization. • Support sustainability initiatives and environmental impact reduction projects. • Manage Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) program.

• Oversee a 3rd party security team to meet physical security needs and respond to emergency situations• Collaborate daily with Human Resources, Operations, and Security to ensure safety standards are met and that loss prevention initiatives align with the company• Track purchase orders for the Loss Prevention Department• Process 100+ access requests weekly across multiple site locations• Lead investigations of theft and safety incidents using CCTV, access control and case management databases such as ThinkLP• Seek to improve Standard Operating Procedures surrounding shrinkage, safety and security• Perform 10-20 weekly audits on specific merchandise in search of internal and operational shrinkage• Subject matter expert for burglar alarm system• Work with remote supervisor and network of loss prevention specialists across four buildings in four different states• Serve as a member of the Safety Committee to help highlight and fix safety issues• Use access control software Lenel to track associates and grant access• Utilise WMS in investigations, cycle counting, and monitor high value merchandise• Experience using ServiceNow to manage tasks

- Receiving, picking, and stowing of packages- Displaying excellent customer service while assisting customers with their questions and concerns- Using problem-solving skills to resolve possible scenarios of missing or damaged packages- Sharing leadership responsibilities with other associates when opening and closing the store- Helping with various other duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Prevent unauthorized entry by controlling access to each facility and screening visitors and employees• Protect sensitive information by patrolling each facility, their interior and exterior grounds, on foot and by remote vehicle • Provide close attention to detail to all areas of patrol; check for safety violations and unsecure zones• Keep in constant communication with co-workers via email, radio and face-to-face messages
