Graduate of the prestigious Vienna Hotel School in Austria, fluent in German, Spanish, and advanced French, with over three decades of experience focused on the luxury wine, travel, and hospitality sectors. In 1986, I visited Napa Valley for the first time and fell in love with the valley and its wines. Since then, I have been fortunate to maintain a close and multifaceted relationship with Napa Valley, culminatingin 2012, when after a six-year stint in Paso Robles with Justin and DAOU Vineyards we were presented with an opportunity to call Napa Valley home and realize the dream.Our first project was the completion and publishing of Napa Valley Iconic Wineries, a 240-page large-format coffee table book featuring 40 of the top Napa Valley wineries. This project evolved into ICONIC Wine Tours, also known as BOWERS Wine Tours, a boutique wine tour company based in Napa. This has allowed me to touch and experience so many of the “nooks and crannies” of the Napa Valley that never cease to surprise and amaze me. All the while, through the tour business, I have been able to connect with an incredible cross-section of people interested in wine at all levels in their wine journey.Throughout the years, Peter has had the opportunity and good fortune to be exposed to wine and travel extensively throughout Napa, Sonoma and the Central Coast and get to know the regions hidden secrets and the people behind them. Our goal is to elevate your wine experience and bring to life wine country moments lifted straight from the pages of our latest book project: Napa Valley Iconic Wineries.
