My professional strengths are in administrative and investigative processes, internal investigations, written directives, EEO duties, employee training and development, promotional process oversight, professional networking, leadership education, information technology, planning and research, training administration, community interaction, and operational oversight. Over my career, I've researched and implemented numerous department directives and training plans, implemented and oversaw the federal grants, conducted and oversaw numerous significant internal and external criminal investigations. In 2014, I was a founding member of departmental Fair and Impartial Bias Based training. I've overseen all aspects of department training, recruiting, new-hire training and certification, and agency diversity.
