Managing Accounting & Tax Department of Almaty Branch (Based in Shanghai, China & Almaty, Kazakhstan):- managing a financial team of seven members for thirteen subsidiary companies: people management, recruiting, team building, work scope division and risk management;- financial reporting to Shanghai Headquarters: financial statements, management reports, cost reports, income reports, foreign exchange reports and etc.; - budgeting: monthly and annual budgeting, budgeting tracing and analysis; - working with local auditors and Shanghai auditors for annual auditing;- banking: bank relationship management, bank guarantee issuance;- financial management: cash flow budgeting, capital management; - financing: financing support and post loan management;- financial OA process and financial policy optimization; - shareholders relationship management;- coordinating other works between Shanghai headquarters and Almaty Branch.

Working for three wind power plant subsidiary companies which constructed power station and one engineering subsidiary company who carries on engineering construction business. The work includes but not limited to:- book keeping and journal entries;- financial reporting and report consolidating; - payments checking;- cost accounting;- budgeting;- tax declaration;- working with banks including credit extension, bank notes, bank guarantee, international payments.

Participating in daily retailing work;servicing customers based on different demands;managing store account in relation to the head office, including cash management and stock management;training salespersons on retailing work, using sales facilities and operating the store;managing people and scheduling the weekly timetable for five salespersons.

Providing pre- and after-sales customer services; answering customers' enquiries;offering guide and recommendations for customers; making orders to the manufacturer;arranging products delivery;dealing with products refund and exchange.

Participating in negotiations with groups of client overseas; assisting manager to complete orders;contacting with clients; collecting required information from clients.
