As part of the development and training of Urban's new talent, I photograph their principle model and actor portfolios. This process includes pre-production and creative art direction with assistance in wardrobe and fashion styling, managing makeup and beauty services, and on-location and in studio photography. The strategic disciplines of photography I provide are: fashion, editorial, beauty, portraiture, fitness, and lifestyle. Working with fresh new and developing talent requires one to be a positive director, motivator, educator, in developing intuitive interpersonal relationships.

As a member of the Zagg marketing team, it was necessary to have strong people and communication skills as well as a keen knowledge of the company's marketing and e-commerce needs. As such, I worked hand in hand with directors, designers, videographers, web developers, writers, product & project managers in order to interpret the specific needs and ensure that the photographic content I delivered would meet and run seamless with the many different company demands.In a very large part, I helped define and rebrand the company's main brands: Zagg, iFrogz, and InvisibleShield. The images I created became what is now part of the brand style guides and can be found on product packaging, websites, magazine ads, billboards, marketing and print materials for trade shows, and more.

As the primary staff photographer for a stock production company I art directed, produced, photographed, post produced, and managed the metadata and digital archiving of the image library. I learned to become a machine and shoot as many different concepts and unique images all the while doing so with a limited budget. Creative!

OWN NOW is a workshop that was created to help photographers find WHO they are so that they can better create their WHY. the goal is to inspire and help their photography and artwork become more personal and therefore more meaningful. the work shop includes lectures with accompanied workbook and hands on instruction working with models.
