Develop product, service, application for biomolecules, including peptides, proteins and nucleic acids. 4. Posters, presentations on various trade shows, conferences.5. Technical support/advise for developing new product and service.6. Technical support for SepaBean machine including installation and after sales service, etc.

• Conduct independent and collaborative studies required for assay development, including Prototype format establishment, feasibility, verification, validation and product launch.• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. Participates in routine instruments maintenance and lab safety.• Conducts quantitative methods, analyses data, evaluates results, forms conclusion and prepares/delivers data presentations to peers & other functional groups• Recognize and resolve technical problems and evaluates options for complex experimental problems.• Ensure timely collection of study documentation by obtaining, maintaining and controlling all necessary records and documentation according to procedures and regulations.•Participates in project planning and updates; helps to define project goals, resource needs, and timelines.
