Festileaks is a growing platform for music and festival lovers. This rapid growth implies an increasing need to combine and keep track of strategy and execution. As a linking pin between management and other colleagues, I coordinate, communicate and motivate in order to maintain a healthy and eager team and to make the next step forward. This embraces all facets that have turned Festileaks into the platform that it is nowadays, and will allow for further growth in the near future.Between March and September 2020, I was involved in the setup and execution of Festileagues: the alternative for 2020's festival-less summer.

As Editor-in-chief, I am responsible for creating the contentschedule and coaching other editors within our team. Festileaks won the Website of The Year-award for 'Most popular events website' in 2018.

Editor of news articles and format content concering the biggest festivals in The Netherlands and Europe.

As a UX and UI Developer, I am responsible for evaluating and testing existing and new webdesigns. Is the interface effective, efficient and satisfying to use? Evaluations can include interviewing actual end-users of the product, or data-driven analyses based on users' online browsing behavior. In addition, I regularly write blogposts for some well-know Dutch marketingplatforms (e.g. IMU and FrankWatching) on behalf of Appart.
