Business Analyst- SME (Subject Matter Expert) DCRR (Digital Client Risk Recommendation)- City National Bank Aided with the integration of the DCRR- A newly introduced loan documentation form used between the bank and clients. Duties began with guiding relationship managers daily with entering client data into the application, progressing to leading company wide training and managing troubleshooting system errors.Conducted monthly company wide Q&A and Training sessions educating users of the DCRR system on functionality and navigation of the newly introduced loan form. Attendees included on average a mix of 10-30 credit officers, relationship managers and VP’s new to the DCRR system. Participated in monthly pre and post release UAT testing to ensure system validation while identifying bugs and system errors within the DCRR. Developed user stories in Azure DevOps to document and manage defects to resolution. On average 2-4 bugs were identified, logged and worked until resolution was complete. Manage the review and coordination of data source systems such as Moody’s Analytics, CreditLens, City Data and Newton who combine with the DCRR’s inflowing and outflowing of client data. When issues are found, responsible for navigating each system individually to identify root causes for errors.
