- Negotiating with current and prospective suppliers- Forecasting Demand for Promotional activities and regular market- Ownership of the S&OP and MRP processes- Optimization of production capacity- Cost control for materials and services- Preparing weekly production schedules for all the products in the portfolio in accordance with the market demand in order to ensure order fullfilment.- Preparing monthly delivery schedules for key materials and executing procurement orders weekly

Main responsibility :- Executing all daily activities related to logistic processes of import and distribution of goods to the company`s stores in Bulgaria, Macedonia and Kosovo.- Coordinating and suggest solitions regarding organization of transport and warehouse activities in the 3PL site in accordance with the agreed KPIs( Key Performance Indicators)- Daily coordination and support for all stores in Bulgaria, Macedonia and Kosovo. Making periodical checks on site, in the stores along with their staff- Keeping close communication between Supply Chain departments in Bulgarian Head office and Turkish Headquater, using conference calls and visits onsite.- Control of all expense invoices in accordance with the agreed parameters and preparing them for approval by the functional manger.- Working with contractors, transport documents, customs agent and 3PL.

- Organizing and controling the preparation for export of goods to newly opening hypermarket in Skopje, Macedonia, and for already opened in Tirana, Albania.- Coordinating and planning the sourcing of goods from Bulgarian suppliers. Assisting with information regarding the accompanying documents needed from the suppliers.- Keeping contacts with the transport company providing the transport to Macedonia and Albania- Following up the custom status of the dispatched goods along with the customs agent.- Coordinating the delivery and expedition, loading and unloading schedules in Bulgarian central warehouse along with the 3PL company.- Coordinating and reporting the operations with the Logistics Manager.

- Organizing weekly groupage line for import from Poland. Sending pick up orders to partner company in Poland. Searching international transport for the line. Organizing the domestic delivery of the packages.- Keeping close correspondence with clients and company partners through e-mail and phone. - Preparing and sending transport orders to clients, partners and transport companies.- Receiving and processing transport orders in a specialized software.- Monitoring and following the status of individual packages through groupage line, LTL and FTL transports- Coordinating the domestic deliveries with Internal transport department.- Assisting in and resolving any issues related to international transport in order for the delivery deadlines to be kept.- Preparing "follow-up" table with statistics about received RFQ (Request for Quotation), sent back quotations and successful transports made.- Working with transport documents - CMR, domestic transport waybills, Proof of Delivery, Handover protocols.

- Receiving and processing orders from Key Clients and Regional distributors of the company- Sending information to the Warehouse for preparation and expedition of the previously received orders- Preparing comercial documents for the goods to be delivered- Organizing the daily transport schedule for the deliveries with company`s own transport.- Coordinating the production schedule, for the next few days with the Production department, taking into consideration the stock availability and the received orders.- Preparing daily reports for sales, deliveries made and movements of transport packing and reusable wrappings.
