Defining, prioritizing and planning the projects that are needed for implementation and development.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist Product Delivery team with tasks related to operation and improvement of the product • Analyzing current features and deliver suggestions for improvements• Outline product issues and functionality problems• Deliver business requirements to technical delivery team for product innovations• Support the Operations team in process improvement projects• Support the Finance team in data verification and resolving client queries• To action reports issued by the Operations and Finance teams• Assist in the development of procedures, work instructions and quality system documents in accordance with established standards• Daily interaction with various departments including but not limited to: Operations, Sales, Service Delivery, Warehouse, Technical Support, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide the team with a vision of the product objectives• Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort• Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behaviour• Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance• Establish meeting times, places and agendas• Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team• Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule• Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance
