I graduated from the University of Guelph with a major in hotel management. Following my graduation, I worked as a guest service agent at the Hotel Intercontinental for six months. During my time there, I learned my skills in customer service, problem-solving, and PMS like Opera. I frequently encountered challenging situations, such as handling guest complaints about room conditions or service. Overall, that was a good experience, and I have learned a lot. However, I believe that Canada offers even greater opportunities for my career growth in the hospitality industry. I am genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunity, and I'm eager to continue learning and contributing to the hospitality industry.
