• International technical business development in Public Sector of Nokia TETRA technology (Public Safety and Security) for turnkey network solutions within Bulgaria, Macedonia, Romania, Greece.• Deployment and Operational responsibility for the turn-key national mobile communication network for Bulgarian Ministry of Interior – financed under EU PHARE program. Assessment and management of subcontractors. • Driving implementation of new TETRA services, planning and delivery of regular technology updates.
