• In beg 2005 Nokia TETRA business was acquired by EADS (European Aeronautic Defense and Space Company), so I continued as Technical Director of EADS Defense and Security division in Bulgaria. Responsible for the business transfer after the acquisition. • Wining EU PHARE tender for expansion of the Ministry of Interior TETRA network – first EADS project in TETRA after the acquisition.

• International technical business development in Public Sector of Nokia TETRA technology (Public Safety and Security) for turnkey network solutions within Bulgaria, Macedonia, Romania, Greece.• Deployment and Operational responsibility for the turn-key national mobile communication network for Bulgarian Ministry of Interior – financed under EU PHARE program. Assessment and management of subcontractors. • Driving implementation of new TETRA services, planning and delivery of regular technology updates. Negotiating expansions• Advisor of the Bulgarian Ministry of Interior for service creation over TETRA, consultancy for establishment of MoI telecom division - structure, procedures and processes to manage and operate the network. • Leading following projects – tender for nationwide TETRA network for Macedonian Ministry of Interior, delivery of a demo TETRA network for the Romanian National Service Border Police, consulting tender for nationwide GSM (2G) network for state-owned Bulgarian Telecom Company, consulting tender for nationwide GSM (3G) network for T-Mobile subsidiary in Bulgaria.

• Responsible for integration of GSM platforms during the launch phase - Prepaid solution (Logica), SMS solution/Voice Mail solution (Comverse), Open Chat solution, Network Management System solution (Ericsson OSS).• Monitoring of the execution of the vendors contracts and subcontractors performance. • Cooperation with Commercial department resulting in end user service creation over the existing technical platforms and tariffs definition.• Responsible for the definition of operations and maintenance processes.• Evaluation of the engineers' regular reports and platforms performance.
