Lead architect of the following projects:• New hangar for Heli Air Services JSC• Expansion of Existing Aircraft Maintenance Facilities for Lufthansa Technik Sofia and Bulgaria Air Maintenance STJSCo• Reconstruction and expansion of Existing Pharmaceutical Facilities for Actavis (Dupnitsa, currently Teva)• Test fit layouts for new shops and Investment projects for major reconstructions of existing Billa storesTeam member:• Houses in Residential Park Sofia - Stage 3

Main responsibilities:• Facility management (more than 2000 corporate real estate properties in Bulgaria);• Developing Technical requirements for public procurements;• Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors;• Due diligence;• Project management and coordinating work of contractors;• Supervising important construction works;• Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives;• Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities;• Creating new or redesigning existing floor plans in terms of functional optimization;• Developing Measured drawings when needed (architectural plans);• Bill Of Quantities - preparation and/or verification;• Responsible for the technical passports of the buildings;• Representing the company in front of the municipal authorities;• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.Additional:• Organizing and maintaining a database of contracts, costs, properties and critical installations;• Developing Modular furniture catalog under the current corporate design;• Participation in EU programs (construction coordinator);• Legal advises in court cases concerning court division of properties;• Keeping up to date and thorough knowledge of regulatory framework.

Architect - 2010-2011Intern - 2009-2010

During my education I have worked as Architectural technician in several companies ontotal of 52 major projects. As part of Stefan Dobrev Architects’ team, we won a competitionfor an urban development project about the Tangier port area, Morocco. In 2008 I wasintern in AEDES STUDIO with leading designer and manager Plamen Bratkov. During thatperiod the company took part in the Bulgarian pavilion named "The Young Architects” at theArchitectural Biennale in Venice, which we attended.
