I'm Psychometrician with a Ph.D. in Psychology who specializes in the development, administration, and interpretation of psychological tests and assessments. I have worked in both academic and private sector, in different countries and continents, which gives me a really unique perspective of individual functioning in variety of contexts. At present I use my expertise to ensure that the applied instruments are reliable, valid, and culturally fair, and to provide guidance on the appropriate use and interpretation of the assessment results. My job involves using statistical and psychometric techniques to design psychological instruments and ensure that they are reliable and valid measures of a wide range of psychological constructs such as intelligence, personality, abilities, integrity and many others. I'm also involved in scoring, analyzing, and interpreting test results to provide insights into an individual's psychological functioning.
