Since the founding of the company in 1916, customers have relied upon Holland 1916 Inc. to manufacture quality identification products to convey branding, operating and safety information. Through the years we have, based upon customer needs, expanded our product line.

My responsibilities at the Cerner Corporation were to help the other students who attended the Northland CAPS program with any type of questions they had. I was also in the IT help desk at Cerner and at the time I also had two internships. I was expected to dress business casual and was expected to show up every day on time. I was also expected to be able to speak in front of visitors from local high schools and colleges and also in front of other business officials that were learning about more about the Northland CAPS program.

My responsibilities at Affinity Enterprise was to create a web page for their server that could easily monitor and display their data from an SQL database more easily in graphs and charts. I was also expected to socialize with the workers that were there and was expected to learn more about the company and develop more ideas on how they could improve some of their software and technical projects.

My responsibilities at LittleHoots was to learn to create template packs for their iPhone app so that I could learn how to create PLIST files that could configure the template packs correctly. I also worked on a web page for them as well to make it easier for them to view their data from all their users. I also helped them with publicity by making one of their websites gain more views, it went from around 500 views in the morning to around 5,000 views within hours, just from a simple tweet on Twitter.
