I bring 20+ years of experience in leading the development of R&D strategy and product design and development in the healthcare, medical technology, medical devices and life sciences sectors with Astellas, DCA Design International, and Molins ITCM. As a Senior Sector Manager – Medical and Scientific Sector at DCA, I led programs with key strategic clients to explore, develop and introduce award-winning healthcare solutions that make a difference in people’s lives. I am recognised as a prolific innovator, with over 55 patents granted and a further 65+ pending.As part of my role as a Senior Sector Manager, I provided technical expertise at all stages of projects to develop medical and diagnostic devices. In addition, I oversaw the building and maintaining of effective relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure engagement.As Head of Product, a member of the RX+ Division senior leadership team reporting to the global Chief Strategy Officer, I provided leadership, strategic direction, technical and product expertise and insight to innovative accelerator programmes, helping to build successful businesses to deliver impactful digital health and medical device solutions. As Head of HealthX, I am responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction, along with technical and product expertise and insight to deliver patient focused, digitally powered, healthcare solutions.
