It comes down to working with great people! What does working with great people mean to me? It means you care about the outcome and how you get there. Sometimes we have the great people on our team to get it done, and other times we simply have the network to connect you with the right people. It means helping find solutions to problems. It may be tax, bookkeeping or operations (or something completely different), and could require innovation or new ideas, often it's simply working with the right people and teams who understand your business story/goals and work together to make success easier. I've been lucky to have had a great journey to this point, including leading award winning innovation programs and participating on investment committees that have had a positive impact for their investors, to working with some of the best CPAs and accountants in the business to provide business owners the freedom to focus on what matters most to them. It's been fun, I believe it's made a difference, and it's been worth it, but there's still lots left to do.
