Strategic Planning – Profitability and Growth a. Through the identification of potential growth segments within the market and develop strategies for accessing these areas. b. Monitor and review financial performance against budgets, plans and forecasts c. Monitor and control operating costs d. Take appropriate corrective actions III. Customer focus a. Promote customer focus by working with key clients to enhance relationships b.Ensure maintenance of promised service levels in all areas c. Maintain a strong working relationship with all stake-holders (customers and team members)IV. People Focus a.
