The Luminary - Dallas, TXTrade responsible engineer managing several trades including turnkey concrete, structural steel, earthwork, site utilities, demolition, millwork, drywall, paint, specialities, landscape, and elevators. Responsibilities include coordination of material design, fabrication, delivery and installation, ongoing interaction with field supervision, management of cost and design issues (change orders, RFI’s, document updates, etc.). Additionally, leading the weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.Fountain Place Parking Deck & Retail - Dallas, TXTrade responsible engineer managing several trades including structural steel, waterproofing, utilities, fire protection, interior paint, metal panels, and striping. Interning at Eli Lilly Small Molecule Drug Development Project, I managed the utility tie-in to the existing utilities on the campus. The project was valued at $70 million dollars. I conducted inspections on rebar prior to concrete pours. In addition, I maintained the site erosion control plan.

I interned for Holder Construction at the Salt Lake City Airport Terminal Redevelopment Program. This project is valued at $1.7 Billion dollar. During the summer I served as the Trade Responsible Engineer for a $2.5 million dollar masonry contract. I managed all cost changes, RFI’s, Submittals within masonry scope of work. Also, I prepared and led the weekly Subcontractor Coordination Meeting.

While interning for F.A. Wilhelm I worked on a $33 million dollar military project at the Indiana National Guard HQ. I served as the full time project engineer on site. I Managed all document control including RFI’s, Submittals, and Transmittals. Additionally, I generated quality assurance documents - punch list and progress photos.

I worked on a $120 million dollar hospital renovation at Riley Children’s Hospital. This project was the first Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) in state of Indiana. I had a key role in pre-inspections & inspections for in-wall, above-ceiling & life safety. Also, I created punch list of code deficiencies and delivery to onsite foreman.
