Assigned through Valdes Engineering Lombard, ILManaging all design and construction efforts to relocate polyurethane granulation operations at the Ringwood, IL plant. Complete buildout of an existing 12,000 S.F. production facility including 3500 S.F. office space. Extensive involvement with Architect and Local Officials to ensure code compliance. Coordinated the move of all production equipment from the existing granulation plant to the new facility. Leading Design and Construction of a new fully automated polyurethane pouring system to be located within the existing plant. Upgrading existing plant raw material storage and delivery capacity to support the automaton addition. Currently awaiting project restart.
