I was excited to join a friend's leadership team for a year as we enjoyed co-laboring to serve a great community of students, parents and faculty in the beautiful and educationally excelling state of Connecticut! My time with Christian Heritage and my confidence in the richly gifted and deeply committed Christian educators there continually reinforced my perception that the school is simply one of the best schools in a highly competitive area and one of the best among Christian schools across the nation. Our Lord, my friends there in leadership and teaching, and the whole of the school community have made it so.

Head of School leadership in guarding priority of student growth and flourishing, vision-casting, faculty development, community-building, communication, curriculum oversight and creation, funds development, financial management, strategic planning, and spiritual responsibility.

Head of School through an extended period of 10-15% annual enrollment increase over a 13 year period, growing from 300 students to 1240 and a position of regional leadership among schools of excellence. Built a campus from rented facilities to 50 acres and 150,000 sf of buildings. Raised capital funds -- donor gift and financing -- of $15,000,000. Established programs of educational acclaim and co-curricular prominence with national awards and state level titles in athletics and performing arts. Built faculty and staff from 30 members to 165.
