Mr. Coleman founded Southwest AgNet in 2015 after receiving his Pest Control Advisor (PCA) certification from the Arizona Department of Agriculture. Recently, Mr. Coleman has become a FAA Certified Part 107 small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (sUAV) Remote Pilot. Southwest AgNet specializes in agricultural field mapping and construction site aerial photography for portfolio enhancement and investor relations.

Project Management, Irrigation Design and Consulting.While at Aqua Engineering, Mr. Coleman served as Project Manager on multiple irrigation design and water storage facility projects in Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. Mr. Coleman was responsible for preparing proposals, coordinating with clients, managing design staff, preparing construction documents and technical specifications, and performing construction observation services.

NEPA Environmental Planner and Landscape Architect.While at URS, Mr. Coleman served as project manager and assistant project manager on multiple power line siting and renewable energy siting projects. Mr. Coleman completed the URS project management course and was responsible for drafting the land use and visual sections for various siting reports and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs). Mr. Coleman also assisted the public information team in coordinating and hosting public open house meetings for multiple projects.

Mr. Coleman served as the 2011-2012 AzASLA Central Section Vice President. Mr. Coleman was responsible for planning activities for the Central Section of the AzASLA Chapter as well as hosting monthly educational lunch sessions. Mr. Coleman also served as the AzASLA Public Relations Committee Chair for the 2012 ASLA Annual Meeting and Expo which was held in Phoenix, Arizona.

Landscape Architecture and Environmental PlanningWhile at EPG Mr. Coleman worked as an Environmental Planner on an interstate renewable energy project. As Project Coordinator, Mr. Coleman's responsibilities included working directly with the firm's Project Manager; the client; federal, state, and municipal agencies. Mr. Coleman was responsible for writing multiple sections of the Environmental Impact Statement, including all sections relating to land use, military affairs, agriculture, special designations, the regional overview, and the introduction, methods, and regulatory framework section; as well as being responsible for managing the day to day operations of the land use team. Mr. Coleman's team was responsible for mapping land use features throughout the study area. This included utilizing aerial imagery to preliminarily identify the location of land use entities within the study area, field verify the location of the identified entities within all project study corridors, and use this data to coordinate with other resources to create needed GIS maps and write the land use chapters for required environmental documents. Mr. Coleman was also the project manager for multiple transmission line projects in eastern New Mexico. Mr. Coleman's previous experience as a registered landscape architect with EPG includes municipal park master planning, preliminary design, and construction document preparation. Mr. Coleman also has previous experience with master planning and construction document preparation for multiple master-planned communities.

Mr. Coleman consulted with Thomas C. Zimmerman and Associates, Landscape Architecture, providing project coordination, landscape design, and drafting services for multiple master planned communities and custom residential projects. Mr. Coleman also consulted with multiple landscape contractors to provide landscape design services for commercial and residential projects.Mr. Coleman is currently looking for opportunities to consult with architects, developers, builders, realtors, and other landscape architects by providing quality landscape architectural services. Mr. Coleman also works with other AEC business owners to provide social media consulting services.

Landscape Design for master planned communities

Mr. Coleman was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the company, including landscape design and installation services.

Mr. Coleman was an independent contractor to AgCall Inc. who contracted with Pfizer Animal Health (PAH) for their pilot program to increase the market share of their livestock anti-parasitic, Dectomax. During the program, Mr. Coleman consulted with over 100 livestock producers in Arizona and Central California explaining the benefits of Dectomax over other competitors' products, provided samples for livestock producers to try, and gained commitment from livestock producers to consider using Dectomax to treat their entire livestock herd. Mr. Coleman gave each livestock producer a recommendation for the quantity of product needed and filed weekly reports with PAH Territory Managers for follow-up.
