I work with attorneys, policy advocates, government agencies, and others looking to transform complex concepts into compelling stories and messages. Often these “special projects” involve crafting, re-framing, and editing/polishing things like narrative complaints, legal briefs, or policy statements. But my skill set is broad and I love a challenge, so my projects have also involved everything from traditional drafting projects, to intensely technical e-discovery consulting, to custom graphics for trials and presentations, to information management and database design. Ultimately, I just have a genuine passion for human communication. I'm a lawyer who relishes telling a compelling story. Or a storyteller who has spent most of her career suing big companies for everything from consumer fraud to exploding batteries. Either way, I specialize in idea distillation. I love taking complicated concepts and extracting the essential—without watering down the impact. I love to tell a story in a single sentence.
