Estimated, validated and maintained failure rate predictions based on HW FITs, HW and SW fault coverage (FME), software architecture, churn risk and field performance.- Improved product availability, bringing product from 2-9’s to 5-9’ after 3 releases and led Nortel WCDMA RNC to best-in-class maintainability, availability and reliability using Lean principles of Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) and root cause analysis (RCA), isolating, quantifying and prioritizing development opportunities on feature and process changes.- Recognized with Nortel Quality Award of Excellence 2005 for contributions to RNC quality.
