Our charter was to propose to the state an organization, software, hardware, infrastructure, staffing, business processes (architecture) to support the governors objective to have a statewide distance learning network to support all educators in the state. This was to be a turnkey operation. My role was to bring my expertise in technology support, i.e. servers, data centers, bandwidth, infrastructure, and review of software.
