He has a Bachelors’ degree in Surveying.Boyd’s skills have predominantly been honed towards brownfields redevelopment and infill subdivision, for highly demanding clients, from concept to completion. Whether it’s 3 or 300 lots, he has the ability and experience of assisting clients with advice regarding land acquisition at the beginning, all the way through to advising on the most suitable approval path to obtain titles at project completion.Boyd has a proven and successful track record having recently worked with some of New Zealand’s largest property developers while managing >1,500 residential lots in various stages of development across Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington and Christchurch regions. Responsibilities:Overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including project management, client relations, and staff supervision.Ensuring that all surveying work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.Managing resources, timeframes, and workloads to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborating with other professionals, such as engineers, architects, lawyers, and planners, to ensure that surveying work is integrated with other aspects of project design and development.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the surveying profession.Building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote the company's services and reputation.
