• Plastic parts design and innovation on the state of the art root cyclone technology commercial household vacuums using SIEMENS NX Unigraphics software and PLM Team centre data management system.• Conducted enormous testing, analysis, and development of vacuum product from FEA, DFMEA, PFMEA, DFA, and DFM up to actual simulation of parts through actual test using detailed design and creation of jigs and rigs to obtain design limit and met or exceeds design specifications.• Conducted detailed Tolerance stack-up analysis using Capra Technology Limited (process capability and variability management software) as an aiding tool to get accurate and solid tolerance stack result.• Heavily involved in part tooling with the tooling engineer to ensure that tooling processes will not affect the part functions in the assembly and so with the aim of minimizing tooling cost.• Detailed review on PPAP/FAI reports from the supplier for part approval to ensure that parts are within design specifications and met the required capability index (Cp/Cpk).• Conduct exaggerated performance verifications, validation, commissioning, and testing of prototypes to ensure the robustness of the parts or assembly in which will determine the gauge during actual consumer use.

• Make quotations of air conditioning parts, preventive maintenance, service/labor charge and etc. covering Visayas and Mindanao as an area of responsibility.• Conduct sales visits and meetings to company that inquire TRANE units.• Coordinate and respond to all customers call regarding their TRANE units failure (from unitary-applied)• Make schedules on preventive maintenance (contract or warranty) on TRANE customers covering Visayas and Mindanao on the service technicians.• Supervised and involved on preventive maintenance, repair, overhaul, installation, start-up, and commissioning to all TRANE units from unitary to applied product for up to 1000TR capacity.• Supervised and troubleshoot using the Tracer Summit (TRANE software troubleshooting tool) when TRANE existing customers has a building management system (BMS) such as Timex Philippines, Marco Polo, and Lexmark International were few of the TRANE customers that has a BMS installed.
