Determining the degree of risk and the need of insuring the receivables from all customers in the country and abroad. Supervising the activity of the Human resources department. Negotiating and signing all credit contracts regardless of their type. Responsible for the negotiation and signing of all types of insurance contracts concluded by the Company. Establishing and maintaining contacts with pension insurance companies and investment brokers. Responsible for the development and successful completion of all projects related to funding under EU programmes and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (successful completion of three projects of the EBRD for energy efficiency and one project under the “Working conditions” fund).
