Oversee all aspects of the FOH procedures, staff, supplies, and POS system. Hire, fire, and train all staff. Create staff schedules, manage all aspects of the POS system including inventory management, and maintain an inventory of all essential taproom supplies. Under the direction of the Owner, assisted in all aspects of financial organization and accuracy.

Heavily involved with all aspects of managing two taproom locations under the direction of the Taproom Manager. Extensive work with Arryved Service POS on the front and back end including the online store,, managing daily processes of opening and closing each taproom, oversee 16 staff members duties, building out staff schedules for both taprooms, organizing all aspects of planning and executing internal events and large private/corp events, main inventory manager for both locations including weekly counts of draft, can, and merchandise inventory, worked with multiple printing/embroidery companies to fulfill the needs of both taprooms to grow merchandise sales, and general maintenance and repair duties as required.

Worked as a team to deliver excellent customer service to guests in a fast paced environment. Worked alongside the brewing team to organize beer releases, organize and administer tap selection, receive inbound shipments of kegged and canned beer, interacted directly with guests to ensure they get all their questions answered regarding the beer they will be enjoying.

Work with a management team to lead all procedures in a large distribution center. Directly supervise two Department Leads and a team of 10-25 employees, depending on the season. Keeping motivation high, oversee all aspects of the Replenishment Department, picking and packing high end skiing and outdoor apparel and equipment for shipping to over 200 retail locations using RF scanners, while also maintaining a large store replenishment inventory. Conduct and oversee tri-annual inventory cycle counting of all DC inventory, maintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance procedures, and work through any inventory integrity issues or concerns. Oversee all aspects of the Receiving Department, tracking and receiving all inbound product from ground and large freight carriers using EDI and ASN, entering POs into the management program, and maintaining relationships with inbound drivers. Maintain communication across a large network of departments covering the US and Canada, constantly seek the more efficient and cost effective, and keep a large facility running smoothly and on time.

Worked hand in hand with the leadership team of the Distribution Center to help manage daily function of a large distribution center. Handled all in-bound and out-bound movement of rental equipment from the warehouse to locations across CO, UT, and CA. Managed a large inventory of rental and retail product doing cycle counts, creating transfers, and keeping inventory organized and up to date while communicating with other departments across CO and with other departments in the building.
