In a monthly basis, I collected and analysed data from 13 countries and 8 project sites to report the taxation to the authority. The data covered 400 expatriates in the field and mobilization status was monitored and analyzed. Following the international social security agreement, I promoted the project of Lump-sum refund for demobilized expatriates.
